Initlang collects the information needed to create accounts, verify email addresses, protect accounts, save conversations when you choose to use those features, and provide AI responses.
What we collect
Name, email, language preference, sign-in records, usage data, conversation messages, attached files, and voice transcripts if you use voice features.
How we collect it
We collect information you provide directly, information created while you use the app, and technical information needed for security, reliability, and troubleshooting.
How we use it
We use account data to authenticate users, send verification codes, manage sessions, generate AI responses, and support export or deletion workflows.
AI processors and recipients
To generate responses after required permission is captured, Initlang may send your messages, conversation context, attached files, or voice transcripts to OpenAI or another approved AI processor. OpenAI must provide the same or equal protection for your data as described in this privacy policy and required by the App Store guidelines.
Your choices
You can request correction, export, or deletion of your account data subject to applicable legal requirements.
